Reflex Solutions Review
Reflex is a Johannesburg ICT company that sells business voice two ways: GO Voice, a managed cloud phone system for smaller firms, and a hosted PBX, call centre and Teams Voice range for larger estates. It suits a buyer who wants voice, fibre and support from one accountable company and is comfortable negotiating price, because none of it is published.

Is Reflex Solutions worth shortlisting?
With caveats. Reflex is worth a quote if you want one company to answer for your phones, your internet line and the Wi-Fi in your office. The catch is that you cannot model the bill in advance, because every voice cost is quoted rather than published. Ask for a written quote that splits the monthly service, setup, numbers and call charges, and get the contract term on paper.

One accountable supplier for voice and connectivity, priced behind a sales call
Reflex has been in South African ICT since 2000 and runs three businesses under one name: a wholesale arm that builds and manages fibre backbone for network operators and ISPs, an enterprise arm selling networking, cloud, security and unified communications, and Reflex GO, a bundle of fibre, managed Wi-Fi, cloud calling, Microsoft 365 and a help desk aimed at growing firms. On voice that means two routes. GO Voice is a managed cloud phone system with extensions, call routing, voicemail and an auto-attendant, with Reflex handling the setup and porting. Larger buyers get a hosted PBX, a cloud call centre platform and Teams Voice, run on Reflex’s own hosting.
The infrastructure story is stronger than most resellers can tell, and an ISO 27001 certificate announced in December 2025 adds weight for buyers with security questionnaires. What drags the score down is evidence a buyer can check before talking to sales: no price, no contract term for voice and no availability figure.
Commercially this is a negotiated, bundled sale rather than a self-serve one.

Pros and watch-outs
What Reflex does well, and where to push back before you sign.
- Voice, fibre, managed Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 can sit on one bill with one support desk
- Reflex configures users and extensions and moves your numbers across on GO Voice rather than leaving it to you
- Its own backbone and hosting sit underneath the voice service, not a third party’s platform
- Enterprise buyers can add a cloud call centre and Teams calling on the same contract
- Offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Westville
- No voice price, setup fee or call rate is on the website, so every comparison starts with a sales conversation
- Contract terms for GO Voice are not stated
- No uptime figure is published, and the GO help desk describes restoration as best effort
- Standard support runs weekdays in office hours; weekend cover needs the Premium tier and still stops at 17:00
- Reflex does not publish its ICASA licence details on its website
Score breakdown
Five categories that decide whether Reflex earns a slot on your shortlist. The headline is the weighted sum, so you can check the arithmetic.
Nothing on the voice side is priced in public: no monthly fee, setup cost, call rate or term. Some credit for GO Fibre being offered month-to-month as well as on fixed terms.
Cloud PBX basics on GO Voice, plus a hosted PBX, call centre platform and Teams Voice for larger estates. Capped because no integration list, reporting detail or admin portal is described.
4.4 from 89 reviews on the Google listing at the Dunkeld West head office, read 7 September 2026. Held back because the signal rests on one listing on one platform.
Voice runs on Reflex’s own private cloud, backed by a division that manages fibre backbone for network operators, and an ISO 27001 certificate. Held back because no uptime figure is published.
One desk for all GO services, with remote first-line checks and escalation to network operators handled for you. Capped by 08:00 to 17:00 hours on both tiers and best-effort restoration.

What real customers say
Unedited Google reviews from Reflex’s Dunkeld West listing, which averages 4.4 across 89 reviews.
“Amazing service, actually sorted out the issue we were facing.”
“Great team providing a great professional service at affordable budgets”
“Tough company to get hold of. Call takes forever to be answered.”
Eighty-nine reviews on one listing is a reasonable base, but many of them are several years old. The praise is mostly for service and staff; the critical reviews are about reaching the company by phone and getting help over a weekend, which fits the office-hours support described above.
