The research index · Independently maintained

Every SA telecoms provider we could find. All 652 of them.

This is the index behind our reviews and comparisons: South Africa's largest independent database of business telecoms providers. Search it, browse it by category, or skip the legwork and let us shortlist for you.

652Providers indexed

652 is a lot. You don't have to read them all.

The directory is our raw research index. The faster route: 58 providers already carry full fact-checked reviews on a public rubric, and our quote-match service shortlists up to 3 that fit your brief, free.

What a listing is

Index entries, held to a standard.

A listing is not an endorsement. It's a factual record, and it earns its place like this:

1

Primary-source facts only

Services, contact details and regulatory status come from the provider's own website, not third-party databases or sales decks.

2

Rebuilt on a rolling programme

Listings are progressively rebuilt and re-verified so the index reflects what providers actually offer today, not five years ago.

3

Free, and never for sale

Standard listings cost providers nothing. Sponsored placement is paid and disclosed; it buys position, never facts or scores.

FAQs

About the directory.

How do providers get into the directory?

Any South African telecoms provider that holds ICASA registration and serves business customers qualifies for a free listing. We index providers ourselves as we find them, and providers can request a listing. Sponsored placement is paid and disclosed; the listing itself is never for sale.

Is every provider in the directory vetted?

Every listing is built from the provider's own website: services, contact details and regulatory status. Listings are rebuilt on a rolling programme to keep those facts current. A listing confirms the provider exists and what it claims to offer; it is not an endorsement. For scored, fact-checked verdicts, read the reviews.

What's the difference between a listing and a review?

A listing is a factual index entry: who the provider is, what they sell, how to reach them. A review is an editorial verdict: scored on our public four-axis rubric, fact-checked against the provider's website, and re-verified monthly. 58 providers currently have full reviews.

Can I get quotes without browsing 652 providers?

Yes. Tell us what you need through the quote-match service and we'll shortlist up to 3 credible providers that fit your brief. It's free for buyers, with no cold calls and no obligation.
