AI voice agent health check: are you watching it properly?
Fifteen yes-or-no questions about how you monitor your AI receptionist or voice agent. Get a health score, see which areas are weak, and get the gaps to close first. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
How do you check if an AI voice agent is being monitored properly?
Check six things: every call is scored automatically, success is defined in writing, handovers keep the caller’s number and context, after-hours routing is tested and reviewed, every fault is logged, fixed and retested against real calls, and the business owner gets a regular report with a performance score and the reasons people called.
What does the health score mean?
It measures how well you can see and fix what your AI voice agent does, not how good the agent itself is.
Why each of these checks matters, with figures from a live deployment we measured, is in how to tell if your AI voice agent is actually working.
How does this health check work?
Each answer scores two points for yes, one for partly and none for no, across 15 questions.
- Six areas. Visibility, outcomes, handovers, after hours, change control and reporting each get their own score, so you can see where the weakness is.
- Gaps ranked. Every “no” comes before every “partly”, and each gap comes with the first step to close it.
- Private. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you select is transmitted, stored or logged.
