The Epygi ACD has been updated to a web based application to allow call center agents, supervisors and administrators to monitor queues and agents, as well as create and utilize custom Status and Wrap Up codes. Supervisors and administrators have the ability to update and review their agents’ status for optimum productivity. Additionally, they can view call statistics in real-time and produce statistical reports, all without the need for an external database server.The licensable Epygi ACD Console (EAC) operates through your web browser, so it can be accessed on mobile and tablet devices.
